3. Subscriptions & Payment
- Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.
- All fees are payable in USD via secure payment gateways on our website.
- Failure to complete payment may result in immediate service suspension.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing, provided reasonable notice is given for renewals.
4. Use of Services
You agree to use our services responsibly, for lawful purposes only. Misuse—including unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or reselling our tools—is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination without refund.
5. Account Security
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized activity, notify our support team immediately. We are not liable for loss caused by negligence in account management.
6. Intellectual Property

7. Termination & Cancellation

8. Refund Policy
We offer limited refunds for verified service interruptions or technical issues. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are reviewed individually. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is” and without warranty. Retailanchor LTD shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services. Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your subscription within the last 12 months.
